It's called "Duck Syndrome."
College students attempt to appear cool, calm and confident. But beneath that façade they are peddling frantically. Soon, perhaps as early as the first few months on campus, their minds, hearts and bodies start giving out. This applies directly to the Class of 2019.
Exhausted, scared, they figure out the solution is suicide. And, that's that.
Can we save their lives by giving them permission to achieve a very different kind of success? They don't have to become doctors, lawyers and Indian Chiefs. At least, not full-time. Here is another option: The Uberization of Success.
