Hmm The URL does not get posted..so here it is

http://www.Katrinafoundpets.com

The URL given above is a page that set up a reward to find Snowball..but confusion reigns. It seems that there may be more than one "Snowball".

Big kudos to all of the bloggers who influenced the policies for future hurricane preparation, such as Hurricane Rita. This move will not only save thousands of lives of beloved pets, but also keep them with their families where they belong. I encourage everyone reading this to check with your LOCAL animal shelters for volunteer and/or foster parent opportunities. Hundreds of cats and dogs have been transported from FL to NY to CA to new shelters. The ones without ID have been microchipped and photos posted on petfinder.com. Many shelters do not have enough room and are in desparate need of foster parents to care for the dogs and cats for several weeks, in hopes that their families will reunite with them. Sign up on www.aspca.org or www.hsus.org or other local shelters.
