Research by eMarketer found that youth is ignoring Facebook, instead connecting on Snap. Here is the media coverage of how a mature Facebook is losing its cool.
For the under-12 group this year, the Facebook decline has been 9.3%.
For the 12 to 17, the drop is 5.6%
And, for 18 to 24, it's 5.8%.
Piper Jaffrey, an investment firm, confirms this shift. It found that 47% of U.S. use Snap.
