The latest, LawNewz tells us, could be Todd Macaluso.
The name should be familiar. He's the defense lawyer who represented Casey Anthony. She was acquitted.
That was then.
Now, Macaluso is accused, reports LawNewz:
" ... of conspiring to transport a large shipment of cocaine in an airplane from Ecuador to Honduras ... was caught in Haiti on November 12, before bringing brought to federal court in Brooklyn the following week."
The alleged caper would have involved a plane. Macaluso has a pilot's license.
If he takes a plea deal or is convicted, the good life would end, at least for a while. Did he realize that risk when he allegedly engaged in this strategic plan?
