Come on, would you opt for enjoying the mountains of Colorado while legally smoking a joint of pot or the mountains in Vermont without being able to legally smoke some weed? Some fear that Colorado's early mover advantage will leave competing states like Washington, where pot will also be legal but not for a couple of months, at a tourism disadvantage. And what about socially conservative states which won't cave on this one?
Politicos have a whole new issue to ponder. If they don't move quickly enough and their states or cities lose the possible revenue from Stoner Tourism and taxes, they could be finished.
