There are lots of Baby Boomers and we tend to vote. More of us will this election since we're in angst about our Social Security and Medicare.
Ron Paul resonates with us. Like Chris Christie, he's totally a human being. His wife is also totally human. No long-legged blonde with high cheekbones and wearing a designer dress size zero.
The excitement comes because he is very much a new breed of conservative. Part free-thinker, part highly educated, part truly concerned American (the latter we don't often find in other GOP candidates). That makes us want to find out more about him. So we will catch him on the tube, analyze his interviews in mainstream and digital media, and maybe even contact his staff with a question or comment.
The campaign has just gotten interesting. We Baby Boomers could put him in the White House.
