Verizon Wireless has been having a bad December. Its premier branding is based on its reputation for reliability. Yet, there have been three outages this month. There's more. Yesterday, it announced that it's imposing a two-buck fee for payment by phone or to its website. Deja vu Bank of America proposed fee mess.
