At the Local Mobile Advertising Conference, Clark Gilbert predicted that 1 in 10 of current media enterprises will survive and they will only do that if they go digital. Former Harvard Business School professor, Gilbert now heads THE DESERT NEWS.
In NET NEWS CHECK, Carol Marie Cropper reports that Gilbert also pointed out that most media executives remain in denial. They just aren't absorbing how rapidly digital, especially mobile, is dominating.
